VISA Application
If you need a visa for entrance to Japan, necessary documents will be provided through the local organizing comittee after acceptance of your abstract, upon request.
Please make contact with the local organizing committee.
After completion of your abstract submission, registration, and payment, you may find a link to request documents for visa application. Please fill in the required information.
Abstract Submission
Prepare One-page abstract (A4 format) in the PDF format, and
submit through the Registration site. (You will be forwarded to a site at NIFS.)

Registration and Payment
Registration fees
20,000 JPY for Regular participants
15,000 JPY for Regular participants
10,000 JPY for Students
5,000 JPY for accompanying persons
The registration fee covers:
Access to all sessions of the scientific program
Coffee break refreshments
Conference dinner
Conference materials
Registration and a payment can be made through the Registration site.
